でも、大きすぎてイメージがわかないから
地球の直径を１.５mだと考えてみよう

海水の量は、２リットル
淡水の量は、たったの６０ｃｃ

そして、現在の地球で生産できる
食料の総エネルギーは
耕せる土地の面積から言って
一日分では１７０兆キロカロリー

アメリカ人の平均的食事は３９００キロカロリー
これだと４４億人分しかない
中国人の平均的食事は３０００キロカロリー
これで５７億人分
日本人の平均的食事は２７００キロカロリー
これなら６３億人

飲み水はスプーン一杯
耕せる土地はハンカチ一枚
空気は風船ひとつ分

We can produce on this planet is limitted
Because of the limit of Arable land.

If 4.4 billion people eat like Americans,
They will gobble up all the calories humans can produce.

The average Chinese meal is 3,000 kilo-calories
5.7 billion people's eating like Chinese will cause
Running out of all the of foods on the earth.

The average Japanese feedbag is 2,700 kilo-calories
If 6.3 billion people eat like Japanese,
They will eat up all the calories of food humans can produce.

We would have a spoonful of water to drink.
Arable land we would have is 45 square centimeters in area,
Which is as large as an handkerchief.
Only A balloon of air, that's all we would have.
